We have successfully secured permission for a large variety of schemes including, residential developments, from housing estates down to individual plots, industrial estates, business parks, new retail parks and individual units, changes of use, barn conversions and agricultural buildings. Our experience and expertise helps us to tailor submissions to maximise the prospects of success.
The practice specialises in producing planning policy statements, housing statements and design and access statements to support applications, as well as managing the preparation and collation of other technical assessments required to justify schemes (See Lead Consultants).
Well practised in carrying out negotiations with local planning authorities on behalf of clients in relation to Section 106 contributions, we are also able to advise clients on the implications of CIL and to make representations on their behalf when individual authorities produce their charging schedules.
